CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

TelecoDays attendee passes, bilateral tables and exhibition booths are eligible for cancellation. For any cancellations received prior three months before the event a full refund will be issued. Requests for cancellations received prior a month before the event will be subject to a 50% refund.

Cancellation requests got after the stated deadline will not be honored. Partial refund may be granted if a delegate is not able to attend the meeting due to medically verifiable reasons, family death or other extraordinary circumstances.

Tickets bought at discounted prices are subject to a 50% refund.

Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to registration@telecodays.com.

Substitution

Registered delegates are free to send a substitute in their place instead of requesting a refund. Just send us an e-mail stating your request.

Event Cancellation

TelecoDays reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to reasons which would make the event non-viable.

In case TelecoDays cancels the event, the delegates will get a 100% refund. If the event is postponed and the delegate is not able or do not want to attend in on the rescheduled date a full refund will be issued.
